Excerpt from "INDIGON" by Paula Hayes

She is in an old house photographing herself in a mirror. She is an Earth woman. She is in the sanctuary she located. A cell phone rings. The woman in the house looks at the number and throws the phone down not answering it. Indigon knows everything this women ever knew before she was inhabited except the woman doesn’t know she is inhabited by a ‘spirit.’ Only Indigon knows what is happening. The woman is not entirely clueless that everything has changed. The woman is clueless that is she is absolutely, completely alone as a human on Earth. For the moment anyway. That everyone in her ‘world’ is in her imagination.

Indigon, rapturous to be an Earth woman continues to photograph herself in the mirror.
